**Clients I kindly ask that you send me a message before a phone call. If I am with a client at work I will not answer the phone. Thank you for your understanding! **All appointments must be scheduled online at lashandgloww.glossgenius.com No appointments will be scheduled through email, text or DM. All clients must have a active card on file. **DEPOSITS**- ALL DEPOSITS will go towards the total cost of the service. If you fail to show up to your appointment you will lose your deposit. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE!! **NEW CLIENTS**- Thank you for choosing me for your lash extensions/ services! As a new client I do require you to fill out a New Client Consent Form in studio. With that being said please ARRIVE EARLY with CLEAN LASHES to your scheduled appointment! Cancellation Policy
**LATE POLICY**- You have a grace period of 10 minutes if you are running late! I understand things come up so please contact me if needed! If you are a no call no show or anything after 10 mins your appointment will be cancelled (100% of the service fee day of).
**CANCELLATION POLICY**- I charge a 50% cancellation fee for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
**CANCELLATION POLICY DAY OF**- I charge 100% cancellation fee for any cancellations or no-shows the day of the scheduled appointment.
**REFILL POLICY**- You MUST have 40% lashes on both eyes for a refill! No exceptions, Full Sets take double the time and work so please book accordingly. If you do not have the recommended amount of extensions on, you may be rescheduled for a full set.
